What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a way to purchase an item before it is in stock. This allows customers to reserve a unit of a limited-edition or high-demand keyboard, and ensures that they will be one of the first to receive it when it is available.

How do I place a pre-order?

To place a pre-order, simply add the item to your cart and checkout as usual. You will be charged the full price of the item at the time of purchase.

When will my pre-order ship?

The estimated shipping date for your pre-order will be listed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate only, and the actual shipping date may be subject to change. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and notify you as soon as it ships.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

No Cancellations are allowed for the pre-order products to secure the orders for other members too. Cancellations are only possible in case the product doesn't reach in the 90 Day window from the order date.
In such a case, refund shall be made.

What if my pre-order arrives damaged?

If your pre-order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
